To ensure that you have a good shopping experience, in addition to quality and safety in receiving the product, our official delivery method is by Post Office.

The delivery period is counted from the date of payment approval and will be calculated based on the registered address and the selected payment method.

It is important to highlight that your product will be shipped within two business days of payment approval.

Exchanges or Returns

We're sure you'll love your product, but we understand that returns or exchanges can happen. Therefore, we have created a policy to bring security and reliability to your purchase.

Below are the main guidelines for returning and exchanging products:

• All products on the site are eligible for exchange or return;

• All exchanges or returns must be communicated in advance by email: qrcodememorias@gmail.com or WhatsApp: (62) 98190 5283. Requests will not be accepted without prior notice;

• In the request for return by email or WhatsApp, you must explain the reason for the request, whether due to dissatisfaction or withdrawal;

• Exchanges or returns can be requested within a maximum period of 07 calendar days after receiving the product. Applications after the deadline will not be accepted;

• Exchange and return requests will only be accepted if the products are sealed, have not been washed, do not have odors and have the label attached.

It is worth mentioning that upon receiving the request, our Quality Control Department will analyze to understand if everything is in accordance with the guidelines above and proceed with your exchange and return. The entire process will be recorded and monitored by the service channel chosen to request the exchange or return.
